Past three days of heavy house shopping with buyers: likely 80% of the properties we saw were pre-foreclosure status homes, with apparent telephone and showing activity according to listing agents (and snow tracks)…maybe early Spring for SW Idaho area real estate, particularly for those learning about absorption and how to put together a short sale purchase?! 

Also, Spud-ears don’t need to be anywhere near the ground to pick up on stock market fear, and the vibration of the thundering herd headed out to invest in the market.
